1.) Order Confirmation Process
Before confirming an order, we provide our customers with sample sets that closely represent the exact color and pattern of the product. This allows for customer approval on product specifics and pricing. Quality parameters, including a size tolerance of ±1mm, thickness variation of ±1mm, and precision at ninety-degree angles, are finalized at this stage. These parameters are documented in the proforma invoice and verified with the buyer’s signature.

2.) Order Communication and Preparation
After order confirmation, the details are sent to our production and purchasing teams, who then issue a purchase order to the factory, with copies provided to our Ongole branch office for monitoring. Field inspectors, equipped with precise measuring tools like Vernier scales, right angles, and measuring tapes, are engaged at each stage to ensure quality standards are upheld.

3.) Monitoring Production Quality
Our Ongole branch office oversees both quantity and quality during production, with inspections conducted at 10%, 50%, and 100% completion stages. If the sample set does not meet specifications, we train factory staff and recalibrate machinery to meet the required tolerances. The head office reviews all inspection reports, and if a factory fails to meet standards by the 10% production stage, the order is redirected to another facility.

4.) Photographic and Inspection Reporting
Alongside inspection reports, photographic documentation of products is sent to the head office for review. Crate production also begins at this stage, ensuring the quality and durability of the packaging are checked and approved.

5.) Final Inspection and Packing
Once production is complete, the field inspector oversees material sorting and packing. A chief quality officer from our Ongole office performs random inspections on 30% of the material to confirm adherence to quality parameters. Upon approval from the production manager at our Jaipur head office, the buyer is informed. All communications are conducted via email for thorough record-keeping.

6.) Third-Party Inspection
If required, third-party inspections by agencies like SGS or Bureau Veritas are arranged to meet buyer specifications.

7.) Shipping and Loading Protocols
Loading at the factory and unloading at the port are thoroughly photographed and documented by our shipping team. During container loading, our shipment agents send photographs of every stage, allowing the production department to inspect crate quality, lashing, and stuffing. If crates require adjustments upon arrival at the port, our agent coordinates repairs and sends verification photos to the purchase department for final approval before proceeding with shipment.
