Our commitment to timely delivery begins even before orders are placed with our partner factories. We work with each factory to secure a detailed production schedule with precise dates, which is clearly outlined in the purchase order. Copies of the schedule are also provided to our branch office and field inspectors to ensure close monitoring at every step.

Weekly Production Monitoring
To maintain production timelines, our branch office submits weekly progress reports to the head office. If production lags, immediate steps are taken to expedite the process. Should a factory be unable to meet the schedule, we proactively reassign the order to another facility by the 10% production stage to keep timelines on track.

Accountability to Our Clients’ Commitments
We understand that our clients have commitments to deliver products on time for their own customers and projects. Given that factory delays are a common concern in India, we remain vigilant in monitoring each stage of production, ensuring everything proceeds within the stipulated timeframe to support our clients’ delivery goals.

Seamless Coordination with Shipment
Our shipment department works closely with the production team to secure timely dispatch from the port, ensuring prompt departure for all orders. Buyers are kept informed throughout production and shipping, with updates provided at every key milestone. Additionally, clients can reach out via Skype or email to receive real-time updates on product status and location during transit.
